If you are interested in hosting a conference but lack the in-house expertise or resources, let High Peaks Associates serve as your expert aid in making that desired conference a reality.
We will:
- Negotiate the best hotel/venue opportunities in the city of your choice
- Either assist, or conduct, the advance marketing of the conference
- Manage all advance registration issues for your attendees, including accepting payment, assisting with hotel reservations, handling special dietary requirements
- Prepare all conference handouts
- Assist the moderator in assembling the conference schedule
- Arrange for the AV requirements of your conference
- Arrange for all conference meals, breaks, reception opportunities per your instruction
- Manage the on-site execution of the conference
- All you need do is establish the topic, designate a moderator or contact person, and identify the desired speakers. We will handle the rest.
